The judges want to find the best bakers in the Three Counties. We want to hear about local produce being sold in nicely displayed shops. The shops must have high standards in hygiene and must have a commitment to training and development. Tell us about your customer service and involvement in the local community. Ingredients should be sourced from The Three Counties where possible.
Entries to this award will be judged by our panel of judges and the finalists and winner decided solely from the information in the judging pack.
