A COTSWOLD inn has received two awards less than six months since a change of management.
The Horse and Groom in Upper Oddington changed hands in November and has since gone from strength to strength as a pub, inn and restaurant.
Manager Kim Podmore and chef Jack Jeffries have won a prestigious AA Rosette and a 3 star inn award.
Ms Podmore said: "We were very happy to win these awards so quickly after taking over the management.
"Jack's food is amazing so it is not surprising he has won an award.
"We had a mystery guest staying overnight and judging everything about his. We did not know until they went to check out.
"We are very ambitious and now we want to open another one. But first we are concentrating on getting the Horse and Groom back to where it was a few years ago, and even better."
