HEREFORD Tae Kwon Do Club had a successful outing at the Welsh Tae Kwon Do Championships.
Grace Harrison retained both her ladies black belt destruction titles, winning both the hand and leg divisions, while Gintare Stockute again proved a force to be reckoned with by claiming gold in her division, her fifth gold medal of the year.
Jo Canton-Smith also had an excellent first competition, coming away with a gold in sparring, silver in the tag team and bronze in the patterns.
Other successes at Caerleon University saw Ben Hargreaves come home with silver medals in sparring and patterns.
Katie Sanders also earned a silver in sparring, with Mark Smith claiming the same prize in patterns.
Scott Davies and Ewyan Withers also came away with a bronze in sparring, with George Dixon collecting a bronze in sparring and patterns.
