Ledbury Town 3 Westfields 0
LEDBURY Town have won the HFA County Challenge Cup for the fourth time after an impressive win this afternoon over favourites Westfields at Edgar Street.
Second-half strikes from David Accam, Lee Allen and Antoine Thompson gave Ben Symons’ Ledbury side a deserved triumph.
Accam put Ledbury ahead in the 49th minute and Allen doubled Town’s advantage within 60 seconds.
Thompson sealed Ledbury’s cup success when he lashed home a shot from the edge of the box in the 87th minute.
Westfields will be disappointed with their second-half display as they slipped to their second successive HFA County Challenge Cup final defeat.
