Wednesfield 0 Ledbury Town 0.
SCOTT Roberts missed a second-half penalty for Ledbury in this scrappy West Midlands League Premier Division match.
The hosts’ goalkeeper was sent off for bringing down Anton Thompson and then, after a delay, the stand-in stopper saved Roberts’ spot-kick.
Wednesfield were guilty of some wayward finishing in the first half, while Ledbury were indebted to an impressive display from goalkeeper Edward Neale.
Ledbury’s improved second-half showing coincided with the introduction of Samuel Mensah and Benyella Ngwa.
Luke Kavanagh had an effort ruled out for handball and then Ledbury could have won it when Thompson was fouled inside the box.
