WESTFIELDS twice came from behind to clinch a point from a 2-2 draw with visiting Oadby Town in the Aspire Midland Alliance on Tuesday night.
Ryan Seal fired the Leicester club ahead in the eighth minute but Westfields levelled through a Mark Hibbard penalty in the 43rd minute after a foul on James Upcott.
Oadby regained the lead on half-time when they gathered a poorly-taken throw-in from Danny Moon.
Seal broke away and fed Callum Parsley who side-stepped two attempted tackles to hit Oadby’s second goal.
Westfields secured the draw with a second-half equaliser from Jamie Cuss.
Pegasus Juniors moved up to ninth place in the FTL Futbol Hellenic League Premier Division after a 2-1 home win over Shrivenham on Tuesday.
A 20th-minute opener from Simon Gwynne was soon cancelled out by the visitors. A 77th-minute strike from Rob Laurie gave Pegasus the points.
Pegasus deserved the win which was more comfortable than the scoreline suggests.
Pegasus goalkeeper Stuart Turpin had a quiet night at Old School Lane while the home side created a host of scoring opportunities.
