BROCKHAMPTON dealt out another bowling masterclass as they skittled Old Elizabethans out for just 76 and won by 88 runs.
After bowling out Astwood Bank last weekend for 77 a fourth consecutive win takes the Herefordshire side just five points of the Worcestershire Premier Division league summit.
Brock elected to bat in the midday sunshine with opener Ian Bullock hitting a slow 25 before Tom Skerrett added 55 from 116 balls.
However, with wickets constantly falling at the opposite end Brockhampton fell to 130/5 and 164 all out despite Indiana Jerram adding a quick 32.
Old Elizabethans also struggled with the bat with only Tom Goodwin and Oliver Tibbetts reaching double figures with 17 each.
The visitors were in all kinds of trouble at 40/5 and failed to recover as they were bowled out for 76.
Sam Harn (4-26), Theo Barker (3-28) and Greg Leighton (3-9) all contributed towards an outstanding bowling display.
Brockhampton skipper Sam Johnston said: “Old Elizabethans bowled very well throughout our innings to restrict us to 164.
“We were confident at the break that we could defend that score. Sam Harn and Theo Barker produced a quick spell of bowling in front of a big crowd and removed their top order in no time.
“That allowed Greg Leighton to come on and remove the middle order. To bowl a side like Old Elizabethans out for 76 is something you rarely see, especially on the back of us bowling Astwood Bank out for 77 last week.”
Meanwhile, Burghill, Tillington and Weobley continue to struggle in the Worcestershire County League Division One.
The Herefordshire side were bowled out for just 105 this weekend as they suffered a 98-run defeat at the hands of Droitwich Spa.
Bowling from Barney Morgan (3-41) and Tristan Smith (4-70) restricted the Worcestershire visitors to an achievable target of 203.
However, Burghill started in good spirits as Tyler Garrard (16), Jake Hutson (13) and skipper Morgan (25) helped them stay in the tie at 34/2.
However, batsman came and went as five of the middle-order failed to reach double digits and Burghill were all out for 105 off 25.3 overs.
Bartestree & Lugwardine also tasted defeat at home after Oldswinford chased down an impressive target of 251.
Opener Peter-Daniel Blignaut set the tone for the Herefordshire side with 78 runs from 53 balls, including five 6s and boosting his side to 119/4.
The middle-order pair of Ethan Lerego (64) and Lee Bartlett (48) then rose to the challenge. However, the tail failed to wag and Bartestree left runs out on the field after being skittled out with two overs remaining.
Oldswinford patiently built their innings at 126/2 and then 230/3 as the Bartestree bowlers struggled to make an impact.
After top scoring with the bat, Blignaut, also showcased with the ball and took three of the five wickets. However, Oldswinford comfortably reached their target and finished on 253/5 with over two overs remaining.
