PEGASUS are expanding the number of their teams in the MPJL (Midland Junior Premier League) next season.

The expansion will enable them to play against other development and talent centres on a Saturday, in the West Midlands region.

The club are reaching out to all young footballers who wish to develop with their professional and dedicated coaching team, at their state-of-the-art 3G stadium.

“Our aim is to nurture, develop and provide an exciting football pathway for all young footballers and supply them with the foundations to develop and excel with continual opportunities,” said the club in a statement.

“We are a well organised and welcoming club, who have the infrastructure and facilities that over 250 young footballers love to be part of.

“We have a dedicated Chairman and group of directors and professional coaches who will share all of their knowledge to help each player grow and succeed at the club.

“As an England FA Accredited Club we have qualified Safeguarding and Welfare Officers. Our football club have an excellent 3G stadium pitch with two grass junior pitches, making this the place where you will love to play football every week.”

The club are holding trials on Wednesday June 5 and 12 at their Old School Lane ground for under-11, under-12, under-15 and under-16 age categories.

All attendees need to register with the club by Sunday, June 2.

“The club realise that a crucial part for all our junior footballers, is a successful pathway where everyone has the opportunity to progress as far as they wish,” adds the club in a statement.

“We have competitive teams throughout the Junior leagues, with our U17 and U18’s playing in highly competitive leagues, with progression into adult football with Pegasus.

“We have a Colts team and Development team, and our first team play in the excellent Hellenic Premier League. This pathway is crucial to give all junior footballers the opportunity to progress and develop.”
