HEREFORD Hockey Club are taking part in a 24-hour indoor fundraising event this weekend.
The 24-hour hockey extravaganza will take place at Hereford Cathedral School, starting from 12pm on Saturday, February 17th until midday on Sunday, February 18.
The action-packed event will kick-off with junior games on Saturday afternoon, followed by adult matches and mixed games continuing into the next day.
The event has already raised £1,179 and the club are nearly at their £1,500 goal.
All donations will contribute to enhancing the club. Additionally, in memory of former player Mike Broady, who we sadly lost last year, 20% of the proceeds will support Yeleni, a local charity aiding cancer patients, as chosen by Mike's family.
