HEREFORD assistant manager Steve Burr says that Miles Storey is back in contention for their visit to Spennymoor on Saturday for their ‘all or nothing game’.

The forward has been out with a hamstring injury but played 20 minutes in Hereford’s midweek County Cup defeat to Hartpury University.

“Miles has come through okay and it’s looking like he’ll be involved in the squad at Spennymoor,” said Burr.

“With Ryan (McLean) missing out it’s a good one for us to have Miles back in contention, it’s really good news.”

When asked if the management have to manage how many minutes Storey plays? Burr replied: “I don’t think so.

“Not at this stage of the season. It’s a bit all or nothing for us so if he happens to blow up or anybody picks up an injury it’s one of those things.

“We haven’t really got any time to bed anybody in with three games to go. Everybody will have to be fully at it and coming back from an injury or not it does have to be full on.”
