The program is designed for everyone so please get in touch." Sessions begin from Wednesday, September 9, at Halo Leisure Centre, Grandstand Road in Hereford.

The club begins a weekly session every Wednesday at 6.15pm for 6.30pm involving speed work, hill work, and road running.
