HEREFORD Couriers runner Katie Synge-Curtis clinched victory in the women's category of the Ludlow 10k.
Synge-Curtis finished the course in the time of 40 minutes and 35 seconds.
Her time was over two minute faster than her closest rival.
Meanwhile Hereford Couriers team-mate Izzie Seal finished sixth woman one place ahead of Gemma Mallett (Croft Ambrey RC).
The men's race was won by Jamie Lambie (34.42) of Shrewsbury AC.
Runner-up in the race, which starts and finishes at Ludlow’s Castle Square, was Matt Bond (35.04), with Tipton Harriers’ Stephen Corbishley (35.46) third.
Gareth Leek (Croft Ambrey RC) was the quickest Herefordshire runner finishing eighth overall in 37.28.
