SHOBDON and Hereford Pegasus Reserves have been granted promotion into the Herefordshire Premier due to the league increasing in size from 13 to 15 sides next season.

The league structure released this week show that formerly Pegasus Reserves who finished eighth in Division Two last season have been given a place in the top tier of county football under their new title.

Ludlow Town Colts, who were unbeaten last season in Division One and crowned champions will join them in the top flight.

Reigning champions Clee Hill United will be looking to retain their title this year after choosing not to move up the football pyramid.

Meanwhile Tenbury United and Tenbury United will both play in Division One next season.

After dropping out of the West Midlands League last season Bartestree will also look to challenge in the Herefordshire Premier.

The Herefordshire Division One will see the addition of new sides Ludlow Colts Reserves and Leominster Town.

Promoted to Division One following their success last season are Division Two Champions Dore Valley and third place Civil Service.

In the opposite direction Ewyas Harold Reserves were relegated to Division Two.

Meanwhile, Belmont Wanderers and Orleton have both dropped out of the league.

Last year's Division Two runners-up Lads Club Colts will be looking to win the Division Two while Lads Club Reserves remain in Division One.

Dropping down from Division One are Bartestree Reserves.

Meanwhile Burghill Rangers, Holmer, Malvern Cave and Civil Service Reserves have joined Division Two this season.

Dropping out of the league from last year's Division Two are Ross Juniors Reserves and Withington.

Last year's Sunday League winners The Lion are not scheduled to retain their title next season.

That leaves just four sides placed in the Sunday League for the coming season.

The Herefordshire FA are still inviting teams to join the Saturday and Sunday leagues.
