TABLE toppers Ludlow Town Colts will face Ledbury Town Reserves in the final of the HFA Junior Cup after both sides came through their respective semi-final ties.

Two goals in three minutes from Kieran Loveridge helped Ledbury take a 4-2 victory over St John's Howle Hill at Weston under Penyard.

Ledbury defender Callum Blackmore-Davey cancelled out a first half opener for the hosts eight minutes before the interval to see the sides locked at 1-1.

Josh Burns fired home Ledbury's second goal on the 73rd minute before Loveridge entered proceedings and looked to have settled the tie making it 3-1 three minutes later.

However, straight up the other end Blackmore-Davey headed a St John's Howle Hill free-kick into his own net to draw the game back to a single goal.

Substitute Loveridge was on hand to confirm his sides passage with a further goal after finishing a ball into the box.

In the other semi-final Ludlow Town Colts overcame a stubborn Shobdon side eventually running out 3-0 victors.

Simon Bradley hit the post with Ludlow’s first half penalty but they led on the hour mark through a fine Danny Crowther goal.

Andrew Pugh then sent Dan Griffiths racing clear to chip the keeper for a second before a deflected Jabez Smith strike sealed a final date with Ledbury Town Reserves.

Kingstone Rovers provided another upset in the Herefordshire Premier when they rattled six goals past current leaders Wellington Reserves.

Paul Jenkins scored a hat-trick for Rovers while Dean Evans netted a brace and Matt Maturi the other.

Second place Clee Hill United had their match against Kington Town postponed leaving the Shropshire side eight points behind the leaders with four games in hand.

Westfields Reserves also capitalised on Welly's slip by taking a 5-1 victory over basement side Tenbury United with Ben Thomas scoring a brace while further goals came from Ollie Smith, Ieuan Woodcock and Owen Bolton.

With two of their Division One promotion rivals in cup action Hinton Reserves missed their chance to close the gap following a 2-2 draw over Lads Club Reserves.

Kane Nicholls and Marlon Ransome both netted for Hinton who sit in second.
