LADS Club remain in the top four of the West Midlands Premier after taking back-to-back wins with a 1-0 victory over bottom-half side Cradley Town.

Despite not being at their best Lads Club took the win thanks to a Rory Worthing first half penalty after Kiea Cowley was brought down inside the box.

Pegasus Juniors almost pulled of a league upset but were eventually beaten 2-1 by leaders Black Country Rangers.

Kyle Panniers was once again the scorer for the Old School Lane side netting from a corner in the 10th minute.

Unbeaten in nine games Rangers took until the 58th minute to equalise through Matthew Vaughan before Liam Hughes hit the winner two minutes later.

Wellington continued their climb up the table with a 2-0 victory over Wem Town making it six games unbeaten in all competitions.

Saul Thomas opened their account after 17 minutes as Gary Stevens’ side dominated the first half and should have extended their lead.

However, it took the hosts until injury time to secure the win through Matthew Jones.
