INTERIM player/manager Ryan Green says that he might have to call up some of the youth academy to play in Saturday’s FA Cup game after the club were hit with further injuries.

Green himself has picked up a tendon injury while Billy Murphy has also picked up a knock and Calvin Dinsley and Eliot Richards will be suspended for the game against Truro.

Lance Smith is also struggling with fitness and Mike Symons is also still out. Keyon Reffell was also missing from today (Saturday) side.

“I’ve picked up a tendon injury which could be a week or a month, said Green.

“The best thing now is to get boys on the pitch as I’ve picked up a potential tendon injury. Billy (Murphy) has a knock and Lance (Smith) is struggling.

“It’s tough times but I’m sure we will bounce back. We might have to have a chat for next week because we are running short now.

“We might have to bring the youth boys in but what will be will be.”

On the pitch two goals in four first half minutes from Matthew Clark and Matthew Chadwick saw Bulls fall to their fourth defeat in nine games.

Green himself came closest to pulling a goal back but saw his effort cannon off the bar.

“The match overall I think the first 10 minutes we were on fire and there was only one winner at that point but as soon as they scored we crumbled a little bit,” added Green.

“We had chances but it’s about putting the ball in the back of the net and that didn’t happen for us today.

“We have got to get confidence in the lads and keep everybody happy and the first thin

“The lads gave me 100% and we can’t ask for anything more and it’s one of them days. We have suspensions and injuries and it’s been a hard week for everyone.

“Everybody liked Beads and Jenkins and on behalf of the team we want to wish them all the best in the future as they’ve been brilliant and done a great job at the club.

“They can leave with their heads held high as legends. The board are looking at making a decision quickly but I'm just happy to help out.
