THE Bishop of Hereford's Bluecoat School and St Mary's High School took the honours in the respective under-16 school basketball finals.
Boudicca Biggs top scored with 26 points for Bishop's on their 58-19 win over a combined Hereford school team in the girls final, while Guiseppe Lanlofi helped himself to 27 points in St Mary's' crushing 62-25 victory over The Hereford Academy.
All the winners have now progressed to the national qualifying stages where they ill play the best schools in the Midlands, with aim of progressing to the final fours in Manchester.
