HEREFORD goalkeeper Alex Harris admits he made a rash decision when he decided to leave the Bulls in the summer.
The stopper is back at Edgar Street after it didn't work out for him at Gloucester City and he started in the FA Trophy win over Dagenham & Redbridge on Sunday.
"It was a really difficult decision to leave and I think it was the wrong one," said Harris.
"It was a rash decision, but you live and learn by your mistakes.
"I know all the boys here with good management and a great stadium, so it's hard to see why I left in the first place, but I made that decision.
"I wanted to play at a higher standard but it didn't work out," said Harris.
"I got lucky to come back [to Hereford] and Beads was brilliant.
"He asked me to come back so I was lucky really."
