BROCKHAMPTON remain at the basement of the Birmingham Premier Division after suffering a eight wicket defeat at the hands of Berkswell.
After being put into bat by their high-flying hosts Nicholas Powell's side struggled and found themselves loosing five early wickets for 11 runs.
Wicket-keeper Ian Bullock helped to stem the tide by hitting 17 from 46 balls.
Despite Powell hitting 20 and top scorer Dominic Badger reaching 23 their side were bowled out for 94.
In reply opener Mohammmed Ahmed hit an unbeaten half-century and Mark Best (31) as they reached 95-2 from 15 overs.
Bowler Adam Hewlett took both wickets for Brockhampton.
