THE Twickenham dream is over for Ledbury Rugby Club after they lost in the Midlands Senior Vase Final today.
The Ross Road side went down 60-33 to Oundle, meaning they won't play at Twickenham on May 7.
Instead, Oundle will host West Leeds in the national Senior Vase Final in two weeks time, with the winner of that tie progressing to the home of rugby.
Elsewhere, Luctonians' superb run of form ended today after falling to a surprise defeat to National League 2 North basement club Huddersfield.
Lucs led 25-15 thanks to tries from Alex Smith, Josh Watkins and Joe White, before Huddersfield hit back.
But Lucs still picked up two bonus points and are up to ninth in the league table.
Hereford also won today, beating Walsall 27-8.
The Wyesiders now have 70 points - 12 points behind Bournville, who occupy the play-off position in second.
But Hereford have two games in hand on the sides above them.
