ROSS Motor Club organised a navigational exercise to help novice drivers and navigators understand what skills are required to compete in road rallies.
The event was over a three-hour period, allowing adequate time for plotting and to drive the 18-mile course.
The navigation involved plotting fixes, spot heights and 'tulip' diagrams.
Five of the seven entrants completed the course, resulting in five completing the course.
The next event will take place at the Cattle Market this Saturday, between 12.30pm and 4pm.
Everyone is welcome and can just watch if you don't want to compete.
