A TWELVE-year-old from Herefordshire has become something of a hotshot on two wheels.
Callum Blackwell has been racing since he was six and has just celebrated his latest achievement - a podium finish in the Moto4 Spanish Cup of Speed.
The St Mary's High School pupil, who lives in Shucknall, won the Fab Racing British Championship on his minimoto aged just nine.
But his Spanish achievement is arguably his best yet as the race saw him come up against the world's best. For a time, Callum was even winning the race before finishing third in a very close race.
The youngster has another four races in Spain later this year.
His mum, Chris Blackwell, said his family would like to thank his sponsors Kinsham Raceway, Moto Inc and Naked Creative.
