A RUGBY player who died suddenly last week was remembered prior to Greyhound's game against Cleobury.
The death of Billy Grisman, who starred for Hereford and Luctonians, shocked many people in the city.
Shaun Thomas, assistant manager at Greyhound, said many of the players knew the 30-year-old well.
"He was looking to come and play here at one point and has a couple of friends who are signed on," said Thomas.
"I think he was just trying to find his love of the game again.
"We have had a few lads who have played with Billy over the years, a couple have played at Hereford with him and a few knew him at school.
"Obviously they were a bit upset when they heard the news and wanted to mark his memory."
