THE winding up order against Hereford United Football Club is on track to be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice in London on Monday.
The club is listed as case number 42 in the companies court winding-up section.
The morning's hearing is due to start at 10.30am.
The petition is being brought against United by former manager Martin Foyle, whom is still owed unpaid wages.
MP Jesse Norman has written a letter to HMRC, who are also owed money by United, to recover all their outstanding money from the club.
