WORCESTER police have arrested and charged a man on drug offences.
SouthWorcsProactiveCID tweeted Richard Doe was found with crack cocaine and heroin at around 3pm this afternoon.

The tweet said: "We have just #charged and #remanded Doe, 39, of no fixed abode after he was found by ourselves in Worcester city centre with a large quantity of crack cocaine and heroin."
