THERE were plenty of chances to eat, drink and be merry at the eighth annual Kington Food Festival.
More than 50 stallholders took part last Saturday’s festival, organised by the town’s Chamber of Trade.
Pam Peek, who runs The Grapevine greengrocers in Kington High Street with her husband Martin and founded the event eight years ago, said it was a wonderful success.
“There was a real buzz and a brilliant atmosphere,” said Pam.
“All the stalls were packed and the car parks were full.”
As well as tucking into food and drink from both sides of the Herefordshire border, visitors enjoyed live music while youngsters met Father Christmas.
