AN ambitious plan to build a housing estate in Bromyard will be considered by planners next week.
The outline proposal to build 127 homes on Porthouse Farm will go in front of Herefordshire Council's planning committee on Wednesday February 1.
Planning officers have recommended the plan, from Worcester-based Marsten Developments, for approval subject to conditions.
A previous proposal from the company to build 175 homes on the same site was refused in 2010.
Marsten later withdrew an appeal to the decision.
