MAY I please through the courtesy of the Hereford Times thank most sincerely all our wonderful band of volunteer helpers who have contributed so much towards the success of the Three Choirs Festival.
Hereford is called the friendly festival and our visitors remarked upon the personal touches which make it so.
The glorious floral arrangements in the cathedral and other buildings added to the festive spirit.
The Shirehall Club provided a welcome home for all our visitors, many from overseas. Tasty meals were served throughout the week.
None of this could have been possible without the sheer hard work and goodwill of so many volunteers. We are indeed fortunate to live among such a caring community.
