A SIZZLING competition to find the region’s best banger starts in Ledbury next Thursday (Jan 20).
Butchers from across Herefordshire are priming their entries for the West Midlands’ Tastiest Sausage competition.
Masterchef finalist John Barton will be among the judges at the Hills of Ledbury AGA shop heat for the county and Worcestershire.
Apple and breakfast juice will also be judged, with the finals taking place in Birmingham the following Thursday.
