CARTRIDGE World Hereford has come out on top in a nationwide mystery shopping exercise conducted by the company's head office.
Hereford’s high score put them ahead of nearly 250 other Cartridge World stores across the UK. As a result they are the inaugural winners of Cartridge World's brand experience trophy.
The owners of Cartridge World in Hereford are husband and wife team Hugh and Alex Pattison-Appleton. They purchased their Cartridge World franchise two years ago and now employ nine staff.
“We'd no idea that we had been 'mystery shopped'. In fact, we were wondering about doing our own, to check out the quality of our service. So it was a really nice surprise to find out that we'd already 'been done' and are the national Brand Experience champions," said Alex Pattison-Appleton.
Cartridge World retails refilled and remanufactured printer cartridges. This is an environmentally friendly alternative to throwing the old cartridges into landfill.
