A NEW business has moved into the former Woolworths shop in Hereford.

Bloom.Space has set up a shared office in Eign Gate in the unit that used to be home to Woolworths and later Peacocks.

The Hereford Woolworths shop closed for good in 2009, while Peacocks shut up shop in 2020.

Space for business

The new open-plan office offers the use of desks, pods, private cabins, meeting rooms, and event space for any workers and small companies on a membership basis.

Hereford Times: A shared office space has found its home in the unit.

Membership, which starts at £100 a month, includes free tea, coffee, printing, high-speed Wi-Fi, all-hours access to the office and a range of perks with local businesses.

Third office

The new Hereford office is now the third set up by Bloom.Space, with other two situated in Malvern and Rugby.

A spokesperson for the business said: “We are expecting the demographic of the membership to match that of our Malvern office and mainly consist of people working remotely, but who are fed up with working from home all the time and want to get out of the house a few times a month. Membership includes use of all three bloom.space offices.

"We are also home to several entrepreneurs who are starting or growing their own businesses and need support like mentoring, advice, and access to investors. We have experienced team members who can help with all of that."
