A HEREFORD restaurant serving 'loaded fries and dirty sides' is to open next month.
Fries Before Guys has confirmed it will be welcoming people to its West Street venue from Saturday, November 11.
The restaurant will be open from midday to 9pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and midday to 10pm Friday and Saturday.

Next door to the restaurant is Mr Gyro, another eatery that has just opened its doors.
The firm is expanding its Greek food menu from its already-popular takeaway van to a sit-down restaurant.
