A HEREFORD company is in the running to be named one of the best firms in the UK after being shortlisted for a regional Rural Business Award.
The DM Lab, chosen as one of three firms in the Best Rural Small Business category, will battle it out against other companies from across the region for a place at the national final.
The regional final will be held virtually in October 2021, with the national final taking place early next year.
The digital marketing firm was founded in 2010 by Chris Tipping and Dale Gamage.
The team, now four strong, has 250 clients locally, nationally and even internationally.
Speaking after being shortlisted, Mr Tipping said 2020 was a tough year, and he lost clients through no fault of their own.
He said the ship has now been steadied, and being shortlisted was an "incredible achievement".
"We’re looking at it as a reward for a tough year and a half and we couldn’t be prouder," he said.
