BOWLYMPICS - Bojangles will present ‘Bowlympics’ in the village hall tomorrow (Friday) at 7.30pm. A mixture of musical performance and dance sponsored by Arts Alive. Tickets from the Village Stores.

SOCIAL WHIST DRIVE - Players will be pleased to know that the whist drives, held at the New Strand, will start again on Monday at 7.45pm.

COMMUNITY LIBRARY - The next opening of the library will be on September 25 at 2pm.

Further dates are October 23, November 20 and December 18. New members will be made very welcome.

COMPUTER COURSE - A beginners and improvers course will begin on September 20, 7-9pm for four weeks. The course will be run by Christine Short. Please contact Sue Brown 01544 327559 for further details.

WI - When Eardisley WI meet in the village hall today the talk given by Laura Blackwell will be on recycling and waste management.

On September 25 there will be a craft afternoon.

GROUP PARISH COUNCIL - The next meeting in the village hall will be on Monday when one of the items for discussion will be the neighbourhood plan.

PACT PLAN - The next meeting will be today (Thursday) in the Village Shop from 12.30pm.

FAMILY FUN DAY - Eardisley Tennis Club would like to invite everyone to our family fun day, on Sunday, at 3pm.
