PLANNING - Dorstone Parish Council has received a planning application for a wind turbine at Pentwyn, also information on the introduction of a proposed 30mph speed limit in the parish. Councillors have arranged an information drop-in for Saturday in the village hall, between 10am and and 1pm, where the details will be on display. The planning application is also available to view on the Herefordshire Council website.
