EVENT - On Saturday from 9.30am-noon, at the Bells Inn, there will be a coffee morning with full English or Continental breakfasts also available. There will also be a selection of books. Come and meet other residents.
BELL RINGERS - Practices are held on alternate Fridays in Almeley and Eardisley . On August 2 there is a trip to Oxford, which nonbell ringers are welcome to join. Call John Hope on 01544 349276 or Sandra Payne on 340645 for more details.
GARDENS - Those willing to open their gardens as part of the church and village fete on August 18 and 19 should contact churchwarden Elizabeth Shayler on 01544 340746.
