COUNCIL - Stoke Lacy’s parish council will meet in the village hall at 7.30pm on Wednesday. All parishioners are welcome.
WI - Much Cowarne WI will meet in Stoke Lacy Village Hall at 7.30pm on July 13. The speaker will be Rachel Hicks who runs ice cream company Just Rachel. She’ll be talking about her business and will be giving out free samples of her wares.
COFFEE - As a wedding is taking place at the church on July 14 there will not be a coffee morning. The next event will be on August 11 and will be hosted by the bell-ringers.
MARKET - On July 14 from 10.30am to noon there will be a produce market in the village hall. Anyone who grows their own fruit and vegetables and who wants to sell or swap any surplus items is welcome to take part.
Refreshments will be available. Admission will be just £1, to include a raffle ticket with a chance to win a basket of local produce.
