OPEN GARDEN - For the National Gardens Scheme, on May 13 and June 10, Batch Cottage is open 2pm-6pm. Entry £3.50, children free. There will be a plant sale and teas on offer.
FLICKS IN THE STICKS - In Almeley Village Hall today (Thursday) at 7.30pm see Patagonia, the story of two women, one searching for her past, the other for her future. Tickets are £3.50; cabaret seating, bar available, doors open at 7pm.
