LENT LUNCH - Janet Parker will be holding a Lent lunch at Sollars Hill, Stoke Lacy, from noon to 2pm today (Thursday). No fixed charge but donations to Marie Curie Nurses will be welcome. Apart from the lunch there will be a bring-and-buy stall.
WI - Much Cowarne WI will meet in Stoke Lacy Village Hall at 7.30pm tomorrow (Friday). The guest speaker will be Janice Waldron, talking all about pearls.
COFFEE - The next coffee morning at Stoke Lacy Church is on Saturday from 10am to noon and will be hosted by Village Bells and the Monday Ringers. There will be an opportunity for everyone to try their hand at bellringing and quality buns are guaranteed. The new book share facility at the back of the church will also be available.
COUNCIL - The next meeting of Stoke Lacy Parish Council is in the village hall at 7.30pm on Wednesday. All parishioners are welcome to attend.
