AS part of the recent re-ordering of St Peter’s Church, a small window near the altar and opposite the organ has been replaced.
The window, gifted by her family, is in memory of Jill Burgin who died in February 2010 and was designed, made and installed by local stained glass artist, Amanda Cross.
The window shows various small birds and animals which Jill had loved watching from her window during many years of illness.
It was dedicated by the Rev Barbara Chillington in September.
