FLICKS IN THE STICKS - There will be a flicks in the sticks showing of Invictus (12A), at Lady Emily Hall in Tarrington, on Saturday, starting at 7.30pm.
Invictus relates how Nelson Mandela used the South African rugby team's victorious World Cup campaign to unite a fledgling nation. Tickets are £4.50 on the door. There are plenty of seats available and ample car parking at the rear of the hall. There will be wine and other refreshments available at the half-time interval.
