At four weeks old, little Julia Springmann can be forgiven for not observing protocol. Instead, mum Monika and dad Lukasz got on with applying for their daughter’s first passport at Hereford’s temporary Polish consulate while she slept through it all. The Kindle Centre, off Belmont Road, hosted Polish consular officials for a day last Friday to carry out business such as passport applications.
