FATHERS' DAY - A good time was had by all at the afternoon treasure hunt and barbecue on Fathers' Day. Joint winners were Ant and Viv Barraclough and Will and Gill Whittall. Many thanks to Lawrie Whittall for organising this event and to all who helped in any way.
MOCCAS VILLAGE HALL - Tomorrow (Friday) there will be an evening to raise funds for Children in Distress. We will join John and Penny Platts on their acclaimed epic journey, America Coast to Coast. Tickets are £10 adults £5 children to include drink, hotdog and entertainment provided by The Monday Choir. The bar will be open from 6.30pm and the journey will hopefully commence at 7pm.
