a new era arrives at Colwall CC tomorrow (Saturday), when the club plays its first Worcestershire League games.
Club chairman Gary King said: "This is a big day in the long history of our club. It represents a major step forward and restates the club's ambition. I hope that all club members and friends will come and celebrate this day with us."
The club will have a happy hour at the new bar, starting just before the end of the 2nd XI match.
Wednesday (April 24) is the date that many local young cricketers have been waiting for at Stowe Lane, Colwall.
It is the launch of the junior season with registration, kit supply and coaching.
Teams will run at U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U15/16 and girls' (two teams). Registration will include a free training tee-shirt, coloured to the age group team.
A new 'Colwall All Blue' playing kit will be on sale at a cost of £10 for the trousers and shirt inclusive.
Advance special limited-edition family tickets for Lashings World XI v Colwall CC on Friday, July 28, go on sale on the night.
