MILLER Boys took a giant step towards the Hereford Snooker League when they whitewashed Herodians while their closest rivals Police A stumbled.
Stuart Roberts made the second century of the season with 104 as he led his Millers side to victory.
Second-placed Police lost 3-2 at home to third-placed Potting Shed M - a result which did little side any favours.
Anthony Powell hit breaks of 59 and 24 in his victory for the Potters, Ross Hood completing the win in the deciding frame.
Potting Shed A are making a late run for a medal and had another fine win, this time at WTC where Martin Oliver was the only winner for the home side.
Potting Shed Z saw their hopes of retaining the title all but disappear with a disappointing 3-2 home reverse to Farmers A.
Tom Cousins had breaks of 42 and 45 in his win, but Darryl Trickett and George Shutt won the last two frames to see the Farmers home.
It was another late night at the Conservative Club as Conmen fought back to beat Railway.
Alan and Lee Silcox were both over 30 points in arrears before hitting back to win their frames on the black in a 3-2 win
