THE Mid Wales Cup finals will take place at Tref-y-Clawdd Rugby Club's Borders Pitch in Knighton on Saturday.
The Cup final between Newtown 2nd and Cobra (Llanfair Caereinion) kicks-off at 3.30pm and will be preceded by the Shield final between Newtown 3rd and Llandrindod Wells 2nd at 1pm.
l Lucton School will be the main sponsors of the Anglo Welsh Mini Rugby Festival at Luctonians' Kingsland ground on Sunday when over 1,000 youngsters from the ages of six to 12 will be taking part.
Clubs from as far apart as Swansea and Merseyside will competing throughout the day with the first matches kicking-off at 11am.
