ST MICHAEL'S Hospice annual half marathon and fun run is taking place on Sunday, May 7, at Hereford Leisure Centre.
Entrants facing the 13-mile half marathon course get their race under way at 11am before the fun runners start their lap of the racecourse at 11.15am.
The Hospice's events co-ordinator, Lyn Gummer, said last year's event raised £18,000.
She said: "Support for last year's event was fantastic, with individuals, families and work teams taking part and having a great time.
"Money raised through entry fees and sponsorship goes to the £2 million-plus it takes to run the hospice each year."
