THE Weobley meeting under BHRC rules at Leominster was set to be packed with action last weekend, with 15 races carded.
Unfortunately, only three non-betting qualifiers and two maidens could be run in torrential rain.
With conditions deteriorating, the remainder of the meeting had to be abandoned.
