KINGTON Show is bringing a feast of main-ring entertainment to its annual event on Saturday, September 10.
Included is the popular, inter-hunt competition, stunt riding on Honda motorbikes and "exploding" car jumps. Youngsters might like to try ferret racing or trampolines, using multiple bungee cords.
The Young Farmers' competitions should be good to watch and in the livestock sections the society has introduced a number of new classes, including those for piebald, skewbald and spotted horses, and a new class for the sheep section, the Southdown. The Charolais cattle classes are to continue, together with the Any Hill Breed class for sheep. There will be a well-supported horticultural section and an open unbenched dog show.
