A TEAM of Evangelists are to visit Clifford Community Centre to give a seminar on the healing ministry of the church.

The seminar, held over the weekend of April 15/16, will focus on healing through medicine and counselling, as well as prayer.

The seminar is part of the community's Harvest 2000 scheme.

Whole community

"The project is being planned by the church in the parishes of Blakemere, Bredwardine with Brobury, Clifford, Cusop, Dorstone, Hardwicke, Moccas and Preston-on-Wye this coming Autumn. It is an event which hopefully will involve the whole community.

"Through Harvest 2000, we hope opportunities will be created for everyone interested to clarify ideas, explore, learn more about, challenge and question Christian attitudes and beliefs," explained spokeswoman Teresa Layton.

On Saturday 15 from 10am-1pm and 2-5pm there will be a seminar on the healing ministry of the church. There will be a special service of celebration and Christian healing at Hardwicke Church at 7.30pm.
